Transmitting personal advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters or pyramid schemes. 

Transmitting offers of any products or services, except in areas specifically designated for this purpose or upon request by Rose-prose. 

Any disputes between you and Rose-prose shall be resolved under the law of Canada, regardless of your jurisdiction of residence or use of Rose-prose website, products, and services.
